- What is Improv Training for teams?
- An experiential programme that rebuilds trust, communication and collaboration in teams going through change. It uses Applied Improv to help people reconnect, adapt and work together again.
- Which version of the training is right for us?
- Scaling Teams is for growth-stage companies between roughly 30 and 200 people. Making Mergers Work is for post-merger integration. Speeding Up Time to Business as Usual is for any restructured or newly formed team. Start with an exploration call and we'll point you to the right one.
- How long are the engagements?
- Anything from a focused 3-hour session for a restructured team, to one or two training days, to a six-session leadership programme. Each is followed by a 30-day behavioural integration programme and impact measurement.
- Who delivers the training?
- Experienced facilitators trained in our methodology. Group sizes are typically 10–25 per facilitator, and we regularly scale across multiple teams in the same organisation with up to ten facilitators in a single day.
