What is Improv Training for teams?
An experiential programme that rebuilds trust, communication and collaboration in teams going through change. It uses Applied Improv to help people reconnect, adapt and work together again.
Which version of the training is right for us?
Scaling Teams is for growth-stage companies between roughly 30 and 200 people. Making Mergers Work is for post-merger integration. Speeding Up Time to Business as Usual is for any restructured or newly formed team. Start with an exploration call and we'll point you to the right one.
How long are the engagements?
Anything from a focused 3-hour session for a restructured team, to one or two training days, to a six-session leadership programme. Each is followed by a 30-day behavioural integration programme and impact measurement.
Who delivers the training?
Experienced facilitators trained in our methodology. Group sizes are typically 10–25 per facilitator, and we regularly scale across multiple teams in the same organisation with up to ten facilitators in a single day.
