EPIC is Amazon's framework — we bring it to life experientially, drawing on Daniel Goleman's research on emotional intelligence and Brené Brown's work on courage and vulnerability, and grounding every idea in what a leader does differently in their next conversation.

How it works

Experiential from the start. Leaders practise presence, empathy and clear communication in designed situations, get immediate feedback, and connect each one to the real challenges they're leading through. The three-phase structure — with manager-level reinforcement and follow-up — is what makes the new behaviours stick.
