Most team building is a fun day that's forgotten by the next week. Ours uses Applied Improv to create genuine connection while building the trust and communication your team needs back at work. There is no slideware, no awkward forced fun, and no one is put on the spot.
Shaped around your team
Choose a punchy 90-minute energiser, a half day or a full day. We facilitate groups of 10 to 200 at your office, an offsite, or our venue in Copenhagen, in English or Danish. Online formats are also available for distributed teams.

- How many people can take part?
- From 10 to 200, split into parallel groups with a facilitator each where needed.
- How long is a session?
- Anything from a 90-minute energiser to a half or full day. We'll recommend the right length for your goal.
- Will anyone be put on the spot?
- No. Everyone takes part on equal footing in inclusive exercises done together as a team.
- Where does it happen?
- At your office, an offsite venue, or ours in Copenhagen. We travel and also run online sessions.
