How to book your Training with IMPROV

Step 1: Fill in the form

Choose between a 90-minute energizer, or a half-day deep-dive session (2,5 hour) to suit your team’s needs. Or reach out for more inforation and we will help you in our initial call.

Step 2: Initial call

Initial onboarding call, to learn more about your team, and what activities you have already implemented. Insights, AID model or other.

Step 3: Training is adapted and delivered

We adapt our training, to align with your teams current needs, building on Insights, AID or other NN Ways of Learning principles.

How many participants can join a session?

Each session can accommodate 12 to 24 participants per trainer. For larger groups, please contact us for special arrangements.

Is online or hybrid participation possible?

Yes, we offer robust virtual formats that ensure an engaging experience for remote and hybrid teams. Of cause we always recommend to meet up in person if possible.

Are your sessions compliant with our ethics?

Absolutely. As a vetted supplier, we align with Novo Nordisk’s compliance and ethical standards.

Can the sessions be customized?

Yes, we tailor exercises, case studies, and language to fit your team’s specific needs and functions. before every training we have a 30 minute onboarding of our trainer to ensure our trainers are aligned with your teams current state, to ensure maximum output for your training.
